{"id":344,"date":"2021-06-30T23:08:51","date_gmt":"2021-06-30T20:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/speringorj.ro\/?p=344"},"modified":"2021-07-01T13:08:07","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T10:08:07","slug":"un-raport-sper-arata-o-situatie-ingrijoratoare-mii-de-copii-lasati-singuri-acasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/speringorj.ro\/en\/2021\/06\/30\/un-raport-sper-arata-o-situatie-ingrijoratoare-mii-de-copii-lasati-singuri-acasa\/","title":{"rendered":"Un raport SPER arat\u0103 o situa\u021bie \u00eengrijor\u0103toare: mii de copii l\u0103sa\u021bi singuri acas\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>O cercetare realizat\u0103 de Asocia\u021bia Excelsior pentru Excelen\u021b\u0103 \u00een Educa\u021bie \u0219i Centrul Jude\u021bean de Resurse \u0219i Asisten\u021b\u0103 Educa\u021bional\u0103 (CJRAE) Gorj, cu privire la copiii din jude\u021bul Gorj, cu cel pu\u021bin un p\u0103rinte plecat \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate, a ar\u0103tat c\u0103 la nivelul anului 2020, \u00een aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie erau 3.905 elevi, \u00eens\u0103 num\u0103rul lor trece de 4.100 pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce sunt consultate \u0219i alte surse de informare.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, raportul nostru, conceput pentru proiectul SPER- Sus\u021binem Preg\u0103tirea Educa\u021bional\u0103 Responsabil\u0103, denot\u0103 c\u0103 cei mai mul\u021bi copii care au p\u0103rin\u021bii pleca\u021bi \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate sunt din clasele primare (1185) \u0219i gimnaziale (1167), conform surselor ISJ Gorj.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proiectul SPER se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een decembrie 2023 \u00een localit\u0103\u021bile T\u00e2rgu Jiu, unde sunt \u0219i cele mai multe cazuri, B\u0103l\u0103ne\u0219ti, Scoar\u021ba \u0219i Benge\u0219ti Ciocadia, fiind f\u0103cute demersuri pentru extinderea zonei de aplicare a proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivul general este cre\u0219terea nivelului de participare la educa\u021bie a pre\u0219colarilor, elevilor din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar (6-10 ani), gimnazial (11-14 ani) \u0219i secundar superior (14-16 ani), care au p\u0103rin\u021bi pleca\u021bi la munc\u0103 \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate prin implementarea unor m\u0103suri integrate de educa\u021bie \u0219i consiliere social\u0103 la nivelul jude\u021bului Gorj \u0219i prin stimularea colabor\u0103rii \u00eentre unit\u0103\u021bile \u0219colare, autorit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i institu\u021biile locale, ONG-uri \u0219i comunitate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solu\u021bii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cercetarea a fost f\u0103cut\u0103 av\u00e2nd la baz\u0103 date oferite de Inspectoratul \u0219colar Jude\u021bean Gorj, dar \u0219i alte statistici na\u021bionale. \u00cen vederea colect\u0103rii \u0219i interpret\u0103rii datelor cercet\u0103rii de fa\u021b\u0103 au fost luate \u00een considerare urm\u0103toarele dimensiuni: num\u0103rul de unit\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt cu personalitate juridic\u0103 de la nivelul jude\u021bului Gorj \u2013 11 \u0219i num\u0103rul de consilieri \u0219colari din unit\u0103\u021bile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt \u2013 49.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concluzia a fost c\u0103 este nevoie de eforturi \u0219i proiecte integrate pentru a veni \u00een sprijinul p\u0103rin\u021bilor \u0219i copiilor. Grupul \u021bint\u0103 este alc\u0103tuit din 270 copii \u0219i 90 p\u0103rin\u021bi\/tutori ai acestora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absen\u021ba p\u0103rin\u0163ilor poat\u0103 fi compensat\u0103 prin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; consiliere \u0219colar\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; sprijin \u00een preg\u0103tirea temelor \u015fi includerea \u00een activit\u0103\u0163i recreative (dezvoltarea serviciilor socio-educationale de tipul after-school);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; utilizarea tehnologiei pentru o mai str\u00e2ns\u0103 leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre copiii r\u0103ma\u015fi \u015fi p\u0103rin\u0163ii pleca\u0163i;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; o mai bun\u0103 comunicare a necesit\u0103\u021bii respect\u0103rii de c\u0103tre p\u0103rin\u021bi a obliga\u021biilor legale care le revin la plecarea din \u021bar\u0103 \u0219i a efectelor plec\u0103rii p\u0103rin\u021bilor asupra copiilor r\u0103ma\u0219i acas\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25cf&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; implicarea \u00eentregii comunit\u0103\u0163i \u00een mai buna integrare a copiilor r\u0103ma\u015fi \u00een \u0163ar\u0103 prin intermediul parteneriatelor interinstitu\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De aceea, proiectul SPER (cod SMIS 139433, proiect finan\u021bat prin Fondul Social European \u2013 Programul Opera\u021bional Capital Uman 2014-202), propune activit\u0103\u021bi de consiliere a p\u0103rin\u021bilor, ateliere de crea\u021bie pentru copii, dotarea \u0219colilor, crearea unei leg\u0103turi
